Days : 1 Arrival in Beijing
Arrive in Beijing and transferred to the hotel. The rest day is free to relax or to explore this metropolis as you like.
Day02:Beijing(B L D)
The tour starts with the Tian'anmen Square, the largest public space on earth,and walking into the Forbidden City, you will step back in time and home to the Imperial place of Ming-Qing dynasties for more than 500 years. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, one of China's most famous attractions, where the Chinese emperors worshipped the gods and prayed for good harvests. Enjoy the traditional Beijing Duck banquet dinner, and attend a lively Peking Opera performance at night.
Day03:Beijing(B L D)
Today's highlight is the Great Wall, the famors one in Beijing .After lunch you will have a leisured walk along the "Sacred Way" of Ming Tombs passing between pairs of huge stone sculptures.
Days : 4 Beijing - Xi'an(B L)
Drive to the Summer Palace, the best preserved imperial garden in China,and Beijing Zoo to see the cute Pandas, a living Chinese treasure. Afterwards fly to Xi'an.
Days : 5 Xi'an(B L D)
Have an excursion to the Terra-cotta Army- a lifetime viewing of China's first emperor-Qinshihuang.After lunch,go on the Big Goose Pagoda, which was keep the Buddhist scriptures from India. Enjoy the famous dumpling dinner.
Days : 6 Xi'an(B L D)
The morning tour is the Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level,and the Bell Tower and Drum Tower - dating back to the Ming dynasty.After lunch,go on Ancient City Wall- a symbol of great significance of the famous historic cultural city.
Days : 7 Xian - Lhasa - Tsetang( B L )
Visit the Hanyangling Museum and the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi. Then fly to Lhasa and transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to get accustomed to the Tibetan climate and altitude for your Tibet Tour.
Days : 8 Tsetang - Lhasa(B L D)
First ferry the Yarlong Tsangpo River and visit the Samye Monastery for your Tibet Tour. Then drive back to Lhasa.
Days : 9 Lhasa(B L D)
Visit to the Potala Palace,the winter residence of the Dalai Lama,and go on to the Jokhang Temple,the best time here is in the early morning, daily worshippers and pilgrims make the inner circumambulation (kora) of the Jokhang to earn religious merit.After lunch drive to the last place, Barkhor Street,the oldest street in Lhasa and lined with huge numbers of shops selling various kinds of tourist stuff with Tibetan style,the best souvenir for your Tibet Tour.
Days : 10 Lhasa(B L D)
Drive to the Norbulingka which's built by 7th Dalai Lama ,it once served as the summer palace for dalai lamas.Then go to Tibet Museum, it has abundant historical relics and treasures including prehistoric culture, united culture and customs in Tibet.Continue to Sera Monastery in the afternoon for your Tibet Tour,the first Gelugpa monastery in Lhasa and has remained the main seat of this major Buddhist order ever since.
Days : 11 Lhasa - Nyingchi(B L)
Transferred to Nyingchi, and see the calm forest , the azalea valley and Mt. Namjabarwa, which is the 15th summit of the world.
Days : 12 Nyingchi - Lhasa(B D)
In the morning,visit the Giant Cypress Forest, and Basum Tso Lake. Then drive back to Lhasa.
Days : 13 Lhasa - Shanghai(B L)
Visit the Tibetan local family for your last stop on your Tibet Tour,and take flight to Shanghai and transferred to the hotel.Watch the breathtaking Acrobatic Show at night.
Days : 14 Shanghai(B L D)
Visit the Shanghai Museum,a large museum of the ancient Chinese art. The exterior design of the round dome and the square base represents Chinese ancient ideas of a round heaven and a square earth. After lunch, drive to the Old Town with the lined shops, teahouses and restaurants, and stroll in the ancient Yu Garden.
Days : 15 Departure from Shanghai
Stroll in the Nanjing Road and the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old things meet the modern changes in Shanghai.Then transferred to the airport for the farewell.
