Niushou Mountain is situated about 12 miles southwest of Wuzhong City. With an altitude of 5,820 feet, it is 29,527 feet wide nd 95,114 feet long.. There are 45 temples scattered on and around the mountain, and these sites are generally categorized into the eastern section and western section. The scenery of the mountain with bamboo forests and misty mountain peaks is spectacular.

Many tourists and pilgrims come here on the 1 5th day of the third lunar month and the 1 5th day of the seventh lunar month.
