Qing River Drift

The Qing River begins in western Hubei Province, runs through Enshi, Changyang, and Badong, and empties into the Yangtze River at Zhicheng. The river is 263 miles long and as beautiful as a landscape picture. The river segment for rafting is about 24 miles long, with a drop of 6 to 13 feet. Rafting and drifting are extraordinarily exciting and not dangerous. Along the river there are tall cliffs, waterfalls, clear springs, and green trees. Tourists can not only appreciate the beautiful primitive scenery but also have a view of the hanging coffins and the cliff planks of the Tu ethnic people.
