Dafang Yaugchang Natural Bridge

In the town of Yangchang, about 8 miles south in Da-fang County in Guizhou, is a natural limestone bridge formed by an enormous mountainous cavern. As measured by geologists, its scale surpasses the Guinness-recorded Gao-tun Natural Bridge in Lip-ing, Guizhou. According to experts, the bridge, called Qingxu Cave by the local people, measures 585 feet tall and 346 feet high. Near the bridge, karst landscape features, including stone forests, stalactites, and stone caves, may be seen everywhere. The Dafang County administration is taking active measures to apply for a Guinness World Record for the Dafang Yangchang Natural Bridge and has started to widen the highway from the county to the bridge to facilitate increasing tourism.
